Road to 100% Course Series

100% Service Access:
Building Family Resource Centers

Designing Family Resource Centers that connect families to vital services onsite, online, and through staff navigators in both community and school settings.

Family Resource Centers connecting families to services across New Mexico

The hard truth is that surveys consistently show many families struggle to access affordable, vital services. This self-guided course is designed for 100% New Mexico initiative participants and community partners who are ready to move from local data and case profiles to developing a funded, sustainable Family Resource Center.

The course focuses on understanding what residents say they need, clarifying how public systems can work together to remove service barriers, and leveraging key funding streams — federal, state, county, city, and philanthropy — to design, launch, and grow a Family Resource Center that expands access to vital services.

Each module follows a four-part rhythm — Start, Journey, Explore, Arrive — guiding you through the complete process of developing a family resource center.

Your Learning Journey
